RETURN POLICY
My words: If you get something you don’t like (that isn’t on clearance, or is a digital card, or is a digital die cutter), just email me telling me the problem so I can give you a RMA number, then send that something back (with all your info) within thirty days and I will give you back your money for that something. Please make sure that something is in the same wonderful condition that you received it.
The O-ficial Version: If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, with your purchase, return the item(s) within thirty (30) calendar days for a merchandise refund. Products beyond thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, clearance merchandise, digital cards, or digital die cutters, and shipping & handling charges are not returnable or refundable.
All merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to inspection and MUST be in resalable condition and be in the original packing materials. Any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale will NOT be accepted for refund.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number, or RMA, must be obtained from our Customer Care Department for any and all returns. To obtain an RMA number please email us at CustomerCare@RobinsNook.com including your NAME, ITEM, ORDER NUMBER, and CONTACT INFORMATION, and REASON for the return. Returns must be mailed within 7 calendar days from receiving your RMA.
If a product is defective contact the manufacturer for return or replacement.

SHIPPING POLICY
My words: If you spend a whole bunch of money with us, like more than $50, and it isn’t something special that weighs a TON, then we will mail your stuff for free.
Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00. We ship via USPS. If you require any other carrier, please contact us at CustomerCare@RobinsNook.com.
Certain heavy items such as some tools or accessories will have an additional shipping fee assessed even if the order is over $50.00.

My words: We will not ever give your information away, or more tackily, sell it to folks who will send you spam and junk mail till the cows comes home.
